Youth is a big part of what defines All Saints. We offer many different programs and ways to follow God’s call.
Lil’ Saints Nursery
Available to families each Sunday during the 10:00 am service. The nursery serves infant age up through four-years-old.
The Sunday School program serves pre-K (five-year-olds) through Fifth Grade students. The classes are based on the Sparkhouse curriculum that focuses on the Bible and is connected to each week’s Sunday readings. That way the whole family can discuss what they heard and learned each Sunday.
Sunday School is held during the main 10:00 am service each Sunday and the children return to the service just before Eucharist.Your child’s education will also include preparation for the important sacramental events such as First Communion and Confirmation.
Vacation Bible School
Each summer the whole church gets involved in Vacation Bible School. Vacation Bible School meets on Sunday morning during 10am Eucharist from July 8th to August 5. This year we’re travelling to ancient Babylon to hear the story of Daniel. At 10am kids and group leaders will get together to learn scripture and hear about Daniel’s adventures in Babylon. At 11am kids and adults meet at the Babylonian marketplace to visit the hanging gardens nursery for a craft, try their hand at metalworking, learn astronomy, stop for a snack at the Babylonian food court and much more. Registration starts soon!
Our older Youth (sixth grade through high school) meets at least twice a month. We shoot for one Saturday evening meeting that also includes attendance at the regular 5pm Eucharist, along with fun relaxation, fellowship, and some occasional teaching from an adult volunteer.
The Youth Group leaders work to encourage spiritual understanding and leadership development with all of its young adult members. The emphasis is on discussion and seeking. Questions are definitely encouraged.
