Outreach Events Calendar

We take seriously our Baptismal Covenant to “seek and serve Christ in all persons, loving our neighbors as ourselves” and we “strive for justice and peace among all people, respecting the dignity of every human being (BCP, 305).” Growing in service to others is a principle component in Discipleship. At All Saints, we offer many opportunities for youth, adults and families to grow deeply in our understanding of loving Christ by loving our neighbor. We echo the words of St. James “So Faith by itself, if it has no works, is dead (James 2:17).” Outreach is our prayers in action!

The Outreach Action Committee coordinates the outreach efforts of All Saint’s New Albany on behalf of the whole congregation. We attempt to find ways for the parish to participate in outreach events in many ways, including the use of their skills and labor, donating goods, collecting funds, and of course – holding our outreach partners and ministers in prayer. We also strive to maintain a balance for the scope of our efforts, meeting global needs, national and regional needs, and local or community needs.

Outreach Committee meetings occur the Second Sunday of the month. Currently we are meeting online.
